Nitrogen Booster System provides pressure intensification of a nitrogen gas supply (feed pressure up to 3,000 PSI; as low as 400 PSI) for gas feed to one or two Nitrojection NSU Series gas assist, or any make gas assist controller that requires a high pressure nitrogen gas feed source.

The NitroJection Nitro Booster System NBS-1000 provides a compact, portable source for high pressure nitrogen gas required by gas assist injection molders. This system is cost effective where no consistent source of high pressure nitrogen gas is available. The air-driven booster package is supplied fully assembled, tested and ready for turnkey installation and gas feed to NitroJection's NSU Series gas assist controller. The Nitrogen Booster is designed to receive regulated nitrogen (500 PSI min.) from gas cylinders or other nitrogen source, and intensify the pressure up to 6000 PSI. The final output pressure is controlled by an adjustable mechanical pilot pressure switch. All that is required is clean plant air at a minimum 100 PSI, and regulated incoming nitrogen pressure.

• Pneumatically Driven Gas Booster - requires shop air 100 PSI & Nitrogen 240 PSI up to ~ 2500 PSI

• Control Panel includes: Inlet Pressure, Outlet Pressure and Drive air pressure gauges
